GPSR Information Notice
With the aim of ensuring consumer safety and health, the European Union has published the General Product Safety Regulation (Reg. (EU) 2023/988), which took effect on December 13, 2024.
The GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requires that all consumer products on the EU market be safe and establishes specific obligations for businesses to ensure this.
