BLACKIT is Daken’s line of plastic toolboxes for trailers and carts. Lightweight and versatile, they feature a reinforced structure, a wraparound lid, and a lockable closure to protect tools and personal items. The line also includes BLACKIT Lite, designed for smaller trailers and to further reduce weight. Depending on the model, the boxes can be installed on top of the trailer or under the floor and are resistant to flames, hydrocarbons, UV rays, and extreme temperatures.

Our Daken plastic crates are made from high-quality materials and can be washed with water and common detergents without risk of damage. You can also use a pressure washer when washing your vehicle, as they are impervious to water and dust and have been tested by accredited organizations.

Daken lockers require very little maintenance: we recommend periodically lubricating the locking cylinder and applying a thicker lubricant (spray grease or similar) to make them easier to open.

Daken cassettes are designed to ensure high performance and a long service life. Their durability stems from a combination of carefully engineered components:

• High-quality plastic polymers, selected for their durability and strength

• uniform material thickness, achieved through the injection molding process, which ensures strength across the entire surface

• a system of ribs and an internal grid in the lid, which reinforces the structure against impacts and stress

• a compression latch that securely closes the case and lid, preventing accidental opening

If installing under the floor using brackets (with the cover opening downward), always check the product data sheet for the optimal load capacity, as specified by the manufacturer.
