GPSR Information Notice (General Product Safety Regulation – Reg. EU 2023/988)

With the aim of ensuring the protection and health of consumers, the European Union has published the General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation EU 2023/988), which will come into effect on December 13, 2024.


The GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requires that all products intended for consumers in the EU market be safe and establishes specific obligations for businesses to ensure compliance.
